'Aerial hoops are usually available in single tab and double tab configurations.'
I think that an explanation of the terms 'single tab' and 'double tab' is required.

...I've also heard it referred to as lyra online...
For a collection of reasons, I've just come back to aerials from a 6 month break, and I am as weak as a little kitten! My poor noodle arms have definitely lost strength, as have my shoulders and back judging from today's aches.
I'm determined to bounce back though! Do any aerial fans supplement their practice with weights training? I have a cheap gym membership already, so this is more realistic for me than paying for multiple aerials classes per week. It's a fairly large commercial gym with all your standard machines and free weights (I'm also open to bodyweight suggestions!)
